  • How Do I watch a live stream?

    1. go to www.vibesreggaearena.com
    2. Go to our live streaming area on our site and login by using a Facebook account. You will need Facebook to login.
    3. Once logged in, go to the menu at the top of the page and select the stream required.
    4. You will then be on our payment page. You need to buy points in order to purchase the stream . You don’t need to have a PayPal account but you will need to use a debit/credit card via PayPal.
    5. Once payment has been made you will be taken back to the site and ready to view your stream.

  • How Do I contact a member of the VRA team?

  • Can I get live help during the stream?

YES! We are here to help. Please email us and we will be in touch. Please bear in mind we may be helping others but we will come back to you via email.

  • I have been banned – what should I do?

 Sadly if your account has been banned this is due to breaches of our streaming policies. Our stream content cannot be shared onto other online platforms. If users choose to do this, we will ban users and no refund will be given.

  • What is your Refund Policy?

No refunds will be provided. If users are experiencing any issues, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try our upmost to assist you. We cannot take liability for user issues such as poor internet connections or PC/Laptop issues. Our team are there to assist users who are experiencing issues connecting to our stream we cannot assist those with internet/computer problems.

  • Can I pay using E-Checks or Bank transfer ?

Due to international restrictions we can only accept payment via paypal. Users do not need a paypal account but will require a debit/credit card to pay via paypal services.

  • My Card has declined – what should I do?

Sadly, if your debit/credit card has been declined, we are unable to assist you. We recommend that you contact your card issuing bank to discuss any issues.

  •  How do I make a Complaint?

We are a company that wants to hear from our customers! Should you be unhappy with our service, please send us an email detailing the issue so we can respond.
