Sadly if your account has been banned this is due to breaches of our streaming policies. Our stream content cannot be shared onto other online platforms. If users choose to do this, we will ban users and no refund will be given.

We cannot take liability for user issues such as poor internet connections or PC/Laptop issues. Our team are there to assist users who are experiencing issues connecting to our stream we cannot assist those with internet/computer problems.
Due to international restrictions we can only accept payment via paypal. Users do not need a paypal account but will require a debit/credit card to pay via paypal services.
Sadly, if your debit/credit card has been declined, we are unable to assist you. We recommend that you contact your card issuing bank to discuss any issues.
